             संतुलित आहार 1.आजकाल आपण संतुलित आहार घेन विसरत आहो .  आपल्यासाठी संतुलित आहार खूप  महत्वाचे आहे. आपण  आपल्या आहाराकडे जास्त लक्ष देत नाही. आपण पौष्टिक जेवणाला टाळतो. यावेळी आपण आपल्या कामात येवढे गुंतलेलो आहो की आपल्या आहारा कडे सुद्धा आपलं लक्ष नाही. बरोबर वेळ परमाने सुद्धा आपण जेवण करत नाही. संतुलित आहार सगळ्यांसाठी खूप महत्वाचे आहे. जर आपण संतुलित आहार  घेतो तर आपण पण वेगवेगळ्या रोगांपासून वाचू शकतो. जर काय आपण संतुलित आहार नाही घेत तर आपल्याला रोग व्हायचे प्रमाण वाढतात. आपल्याला अनेक रोग व संसर्ग होऊ शकते. आपलं काम करण्याच्या वेग (speed)कमी होतो. म्हणून संतुलित आहार आपल्यासाठी खूप महत्त्वाचं आहे. संतुलित आहार खाणं  आपला सेहत साठी खूप आवश्यक आणि महत्वपूर्ण आहे. हे आपल्या तब्येतीसाठी खूप लाभकारी असते. संतुलित आहार घेतल्याने आपली शक्ती वाढते, आपल्या शरीराचे खूप लाभ होतात. रोगप्रतिकार प्रणाली छान आणि  सुरक्षित राहते. आपलं वजन कमी करायला मदत होते आणि रोग नाही होत. तब्येत चांगली राहते .हे सगळं करायला ना पैसे ला...

Mission Chandrayaan 2

Chandrayaan 2 was launched on July 22 from the same launch pad from which Chandrayaan 1 had taken off. Instead of using the outdated PSLV rocket used earlier the spacecraft made use of the advanced Geosynchrous satellite launch vehicle Mark III(GSLV Mk 3). the spacecraft is except expected to land on moon surface on September 7 ,2019. According to NASA the Moon's polar craters have the solar systems lowest temperature . The main mission objective is the exploration of lunar water near the polar region. Also is no plans to test the capabilities of its lunar Rover named Pragyan . waiting 27 kg ,the rover operates on solar power and travels at a speed of 1 cm per second. It will continuously perform chemical analysis of the soil and send back to the Lander (named Vikram) which will update the ground station. it is expected that the rover will operate for 14 days but the duration may vary since pragyan use solar power to keep itself up . unlike last time ,ISRO declined to carry any...
